When I asked about flowers for Easter Sunday, I was told that there were always daffodils available at the back of the church for people to decorate the cross with on Easter morning. I wondered where they came from. This week I was delighted to learn that in a tradition going back generations, the Mitchell Farm has reserved a patch of their beautiful daffodil fields especially for St. Marys’. We are so very grateful for the continuing relationship and generosity of the Mitchell Family.
Please pick one or two daffodils as you enter and help us decorate the cross before and during the service.
