Sunday School In October
The Sunday School curriclum next month is Pumpkin Palooza where the theme is Celebrating God’s creation and his abundant blessings during the fall season through pumpkin-themed activities.
Note: Some of the activities involve food. There will be gluten, egg and dairy free options. Please advise Sunday School teacher of any food allergies or intolerances (judyroper13@outlook.com).
Note 2: Judy is away on October 20th. If anyone is interested in leading Sunday school that day, please contact her. If no one is available, the lessons will skip this week and run October 27th and November 3rd.
October 6th – Seeds of Creation
Bible Story: Creation and Abel's Offerings (Genesis 1:11-12, 26-31; Genesis 4:1-10)
October 13th– Growing in God’s Garden
Bible Story: The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares (Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43)
October 20th– Harvest of Gratitude
Bible Story: Jesus Feeds the 5000 (Matthew 14:13-21)
October 27th – Ripe for the Picking
Bible Story: The Harvest is Plentiful (Luke 10:2)
